Refund at a glance

Cancel 48h or more before your start — full refund.
Cancel 24–48h before — 50% refund.
Cancel under 24h before — no refund.
No-show — the fee is forfeited.
If we cancel (e.g. weather) — a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

These tiers operate alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions (weather or water-police directions) you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
