We collect your name, contact details, date of birth, and booking information to provide and manage your booking, meet safety and insurance obligations, and process payment. Card details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our systems. Some providers we use to operate your booking — our payment provider (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), and our encrypted off-site backup storage (Cloudflare) — may store or process your information outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to or correction of your data using the contact details on this page.
