This is an in-person experience — nothing is shipped. Your booking is fulfilled at our Port Stephens location at the scheduled time. On arrival, please present valid photo ID, complete the safety waiver, and attend the safety briefing. We provide life jackets; bring weather-appropriate clothing. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
